A longtime Northern California entrepreneur, Harold Lehon is one of the Naked Kitchen Group’s managing partners and helps guide dynamic restaurant ventures. Harold Lehon’s company provides hospitality professionals with the opportunity to develop and launch innovative hospitality startup concepts, such as The Beehive in San Francisco.

The Beehive is a retro-futuristic bar that “exudes Mad Men vibes.” Featuring authentic mid-century furniture, the eatery has a brightly lit bar up front with vintage glassware and wallpaper, extensive chandeliers and mirrors, and lounge space with muted lighting and low seating in the back.

Known for its period cocktails with a twist, the Beehive features creations such as the Hound Dog, an homage to Elvis that combines peanut-washed Bulleit bourbon, caramelized banana, vermouth, and oloroso. The Gemini pairs manzanilla sherry, vodka, and Tang in a slushy.

In addition, a separate highball menu is available for cocktail enthusiasts. As for food, fondue features prominently on the menu, with a cheddar and piquillo pepper mezcal creation offering potatoes, carrots, broccoli, and bread for dipping.
